Booking Confirmation:

Verify Your Booking Itinerary Before You Make The Final Payment, Any Errors Will Be The Travelers Liability After The Final Payment Has Been Made. A Form Of Payment Means You Accept Our Terms And Conditions As Stated In This Booking Itinerary And You Also Accept The General Terms And Conditions Stated.

Visa Requirements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate documentation including visas for the respective countries you intend to Travel.

Endorsement of Ticket:

Travel documents such as Air-Tickets cannot be transferred to another person to use. All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport of the Traveler. Any incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking or confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

All prices quoted are for instant payment by cash, bank transfer, credit card . If you wish to pay by credit card, a service fee will apply. For every credit card transaction fee 1.5% will be charged extra .

A non refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be used by the same passenger within three months for another booking to the same destination.

Medical Requirement:

It Is Your Responsibility To Ensure That You Are Aware Of Any Health Requirements For Your Travel Destinations And To Ensure That You Carry All Necessary Vaccination Documents.

Booking Conditions & privacy policy :

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking. Submission by you of a booking is your acknowledgement that you have read, understand and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE Normally, 30kg Plus 7kg Baggage allowed for Return and One Way Flight, But It May varies from Airline to Airline. Please Confirm Before Finalising your Booking or Making Final Payment.
2 MEAL & SEAT ASSIGNMENTS REQUEST We always care for your comfort travel . For special requests (meal; seat; bassinet; wheel chair; assistance; hotel) must be inform at least 7 days before travel date or these request can be made only subject to availability and confirmation by the airline. Final confirmation will only be given by the airline at the time of check in.
3 BASSINET FOR INFANT This requests are only available for infants. Always confirmed by airline on availabilty. It must be inform at least 30 days before travel date .
4 STOPOVER/TRANSIT Airlines Do Not Provide Any Accommodation During The Transit. RIGHT TRAVEL Takes No Responsibility For Supply Of Transit Accomodation. Please Also Confirm Stop Over & Duration of Flight & Travel Time Before Making Final Payment.
5 REISSUE/CANCELLATION /REFUNDABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE Tickets are Non Refundable in Case of Cancellation. In Case of Reissue/Date Change Charges Depends on Availability of Seats of Same Class Plus Airline Penalty , Taxes & Agency fee which will be $50 Per Passenger/Per Ticket.
6 DECLARATION: If RIGHT TRAVEL takes any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions , it will be entitled to recover from you and you agree to pay all legal fees, expenses and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled. I agree that the above dates and time of my reservation are correct. My name is as it appears on my passport. I am aware of all fare rules and regulations. I must reconfirm my flights 72 hours prior to departure.
